From 7–9 May 2025, Technosoft was honoured to participate as a featured speaker at Directions ASIA 2025, a three-day conference that brought together the full Microsoft Dynamics Partner Community in Bangkok.
With an expanded format this year, Directions ASIA 2025 placed an even greater focus on learning, collaboration, and growth. The event welcomed resellers, add-on providers, Microsoft representatives, CSPs, MVPs, developers, consultants, sales and marketing professionals, and business leaders from across the Asia-Pacific and beyond.
Microsoft announced that Dynamics 365 Business Central has reach 45,000 Customers since rebranding its product, the best SMB ERP in the world.
Mike Morton (GM of Dynamics 365 Business Central) introduced Payables Agent features together with Sales Order Agent.
Mike explained the importance of Reinventing Business Processes to Do More With Less with AI Agents.

In this session, the participants responded 30 questions related to Microsoft’s business application area together, visualize and share the results with Ryo and Frank, and develop strategies for winning business meetings and executing quality projects.
“Let’s build AI Agent Part 1&2”
In these 2 consecutive sessions, Ryo and Ryota（Microsoft MVP for Business Applications）did very insightful sessions to build own AI secretary, including demonstrations with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
Their sessions are very unique and popular every year. This year’s session was about how to reduce the man-hours required to manage a project using Japanese manga comical style, utilizing Microsoft’s AI to interact with the participants.
In Part 1, let’s build an agent (secretary) to assist with project rescheduling.
In Part 2, let’s build an agent (secretary) to assist with expense reimbursement, purchase processing for subcontractors (vendors), and invoicing for customers.
His sessions focused on driving innovation and intelligent automation through Microsoft technologies, aligning perfectly with the event’s core themes of digital empowerment and business transformation and workstyle reforming to fit Era of AI.
