The agenda of the visit was centred around two key initiatives:
1. Genba Visits to Existing Customer Dealers
In line with the Japanese philosophy of “Genba” — meaning “the actual place” — the delegation conducted on-site visits to several existing customer dealerships. 2. Empowering Digital Dealers
A major highlight of the visit was the introduction and socialization of the Yana Dealer Management System (DMS) to a broader network of dealers. Through interactive sessions and demonstrations, dealers were given a comprehensive overview of Yana DMS’s capabilities and how it can transform their day-to-day operations.
