  • Comprehensive user-configurable terms of payment (includes booking fee, discount, installment, bank loan)

  • Maintain detail information of potential buyers, order booking, booking fee, referral agents, etc.

  • Maintain detail information of sales contract, comprehensive payment terms, and complete history of transactions, including legal documents.

  • Automatically generate billing and invoice automatically based on detail sales contract and terms of payment

Property Rental Management

  • Manage Rental of private and commercial properties

  • Maintain detail information of tenants, rental contracts and period

  • Manage unlimited user-defined rental charges, billing terms, deposits (receipt and restitution), utilities (electricity, water and gas)

  • Automatically generate billing and invoice automatically based on detail rental contract and terms

  • Automatically amortize the rental revenue based on user-defined revenue recognition terms
